After reviewing your product documentation if you have a problem with any Litronic hardware or software product, please contact Support to open a trouble ticket with our Technical Support group.

Be sure to include as much information as you can with your support request to ensure that we can assist you more efficiently. Basic information you should include is:

  • Computer Type
  • Operating System
  • Service Pack Level
  • Specific Reader Model
  • Type of smart card
  • Model of smart card (can be found on the edge of the smart card)
  • Driver version and what kind of software you're using to access the card.
  • The application you're using the hardware for (example: DMS, CAC, etc)
  • Please contact us for support at support@litronic.com.
